APPOINTMENT BOOKING
01. How early should I schedule my wedding services?
We recommend securing your date 4 to 8 months before your wedding.
To ensure a highly personalized experience, only a select number of weddings are taken each season.
We are currently accepting reservations for this year, while bookings for next year will open in late September.
If you’re planning ahead, you’re welcome to reach out early—an advance waitlist is also available for priority access.
02. Is there a required minimum number of services to book an appointment?
Yes. To provide a more tailored and focused experience, a minimum of two services is required per appointment.
These services may include a mix of hair and makeup for the bride and/or members of the bridal party.
Please note that bridal preview appointments and services for flower girls are not included toward the minimum service requir ement.
03. Do I need to confirm my number of services at the time of booking, or can it be adjusted afterward?
A confirmed service count must be established at the time of booking to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate artist all ocation.
Although we aim to accommodate the addition of extra services whenever possible, any reduction to the agreed-upon service total cannot be made once the agreement has been finalized.
04. What should I do if I need to reschedule my wedding date?
Any request to change the event date is dependent on availability and must be submitted no later than 90 days prior to the sc heduled wedding.
If changes are requested within 90 days of the event, the full contracted amount will still apply, in accordance with the ser vice agreement.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible to explore rescheduling possibilities. Please note that additional charges may be incurred depending on the adjustment.
05. Can the deposit be refunded?
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
They are collected to reserve your date and confirm availability, ensuring dedicated commitment to your booking .
PREVIEW
01. Is a preview session required?
A preview session is strongly recommended, but it is not mandatory. It allows you to perfect your bridal look in advance and feel fully assured for your wedding day.
It is generally suggested to arrange your preview around 2–3 months prior to your event.
02. Is it possible to schedule a preview session before confirming a booking?
Bridal preview sessions are available only once a booking has been officially confirmed.
Because appointment spaces are limited and in high demand, previews cannot be scheduled without a completed contract and depo sit in place.
03. Where are preview sessions held?
Preview sessions take place at the studio, situated in Etobicoke.
The space is designed to be calm and private, ensuring a personalized and comfortable beauty experience.
THE WEDDING DAY
01. When will preparations begin on the morning of your wedding day?
Start times are determined by the time you and your bridal party need to be completely prepared.
A tailored timeline will be created to ensure the morning runs seamlessly and on schedule.
As a general guide:
Each bridal party member requires approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes per hair or makeup service.
The bride typically requires around 1 hour 30 minutes per hair or makeup service
Please note that earlier ceremony times will necessitate an earlier start to the day.
02. When does the bride usually get ready on the wedding morning?
For a smooth and stress-free morning, it is generally recommended that the bride be scheduled near the end of the beauty timeline — ideally second or third from last, rather than the final appointment.
This approach provides enough time for any finishing touches while allowing the bride to feel relaxed, refreshed, and fully p repared before the ceremony
begins.
SERVICES PROVIDED & TRAVEL DETAILS
01. How much time should be allotted for hair and makeup services?
A complete bridal hair and makeup appointment typically takes between 2.5 to 3 hours.
Since every look is tailored to the individual, the timing may vary depending on the desired style and level of detail involved.
02. Am I able to use my own makeup products during the appointment?
A professional-quality makeup kit is provided to ensure long-lasting wear and a flawless finish both in person and on camera.
Clients who have particular skin concerns, sensitivities, or preferred products are encouraged to discuss them during their preview appointment.
03. Is it possible to book hair or makeup services separately?
Each bridal look is designed as a complete hair and makeup experience to create a cohesive and refined final result.
For bridal party members, including bridesmaids, mothers, and other guests, standalone hair-only or makeup-only services can be arranged upon request.
Although we aim to accommodate the addition of extra services whenever possible, any reduction to the agreed-upon service total cannot be made once the agreement has been finalized.
04. Are touch-up services available during the wedding day?
Yes. Full-day coverage is available and includes on-site touch-ups, support during photo sessions, and optional adjustments or style changes for the evening celebration.
This service is billed at an hourly rate and can be added to your customized package.
05. Are you able to accommodate larger bridal parties?
Yes. Livia can directly accommodate up to four clients per booking.
When working with larger bridal parties, an additional skilled team member is brought in to support the schedule and ensure everything runs efficiently
and on time.
06. Do you travel outside of Toronto?
Yes. Travel outside of Toronto is available upon request.
Any applicable travel costs will be included in your personalized quote and calculated based on the location and distance involved.
07. How can I best prepare for my appointment?
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair and a fresh, moisturized face.
It is also helpful to wear a button-up or loose-fitting top to avoid disturbing your hair and makeup once completed.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Verification
To officially reserve your wedding date, a completed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required. Without both, the date cannot be held or guaranteed.
How Payments Are Processed
Payments are accepted through E-transferfor deposit and Cash for final settlement. The outstanding balance is due by the deadline outlined in your
agreement, either before the event date or immediately upon completion of services. Split or postponed payments are not permitted, and the full amount
must be paid in order to complete and close out the booking.
Travel Charges
Appointments scheduled beyond the regular service zone are subject to an additional transportation fee.
The exact cost will be outlined in your customized quote and calculated according to the distance and location of the event.
Early Call Time Fee
Appointments scheduled to begin before 8:00 AM will include an additional early start fee.

Makeup/Hair Trial Guidelines
A preview session is strongly encouraged to help refine and confirm your ideal bridal look, though it is not mandatory.
For optimal results, it is recommended to book your trial about 3 months prior to your wedding date.
Cancellation Terms
All retainers are non-refundable once received.
If a booking is cancelled after the agreement has been signed, additional cancellation charges may be applicable in accordanc e with the terms outlined in the contract.
